Stripe Integration
Integration with STRIPE payment gateway, allowing clients to inlcude direct payment links on their invoices by linking an existing STRIPE account to their iinsight platform.

Multi-Tax Rate
Feature enhancement introducing Multiple Tax Rates, giving greater control and flexibility over how tax is applied to services, plans, and billing. Adds support for region/service-specific rates (such as HST & PST) by allowing multiple tax types and rates to be created and applied as required.
eSign
All new eSign function allowing for documents to be sent securely directly from a case file, to an external 3rd party for signature – including appropriate template / version controls and audit trail.
Group By Bill To invoice template functions and sync improvements
Expanding existing invoice template functions (managed via MS office templates), to the “Group By Bill To” invoice types, in addition to adding new grouping options on these invoices and improving 3rd party financial sync integrations (Xero & QuickBooks).
Quicklinks Bulk invoicing upgrades
Improvements to the “Quicklinks” bulk invoice engine, to reduce time taken on large invoice runs and implement a background process so users performing a run can continue to work on the platform while the invoice process completes.
Outlook Calendar integration refresh
Overhaul and improvement of the Appointments area Outlook Calendar integration, to improve sync time (especially for clients with larger numbers of users), and solve attendendee “decline” issues that can occur on outlook created entries with multiple individuals.
Appointments area performance improvements
UI/UX updates to improve performance and load time in the Appointments area, when reviewing large numbers of user calendars.
Security and Stability upgrades
Ongoing incremental security and stability updates throughout all areas of the platform.
